Without a Doubt, the Best Place to Work

    Pros

Excellent opportunities to learn about PR field, prove strengths to supervisors, receive valuable feedback, and take on new responsibilities with full team support. The T.J. Sacks team acts as a family and encourages initiative, hard work, and creativity. It is truly an agency to blossom in.

    Cons

While one mistake is tolerated, two is not - T.J. Sacks has a position of wanting to help people grow, but only those individuals who want to. If you are dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic you will go far. If you are looking for a 9 - 5 job, you will be disappointed.

    Pros

Management encourages its employees to go the extra mile and special accomplishments are rewarded. There are always opportunities to present your leadership and creativity skills and those above you really listen to your ideas. The work environment is open and friendly which allows employees to establish one on one relationships with each other. The Agency provides an incredible amount of opportunity to learn more about the industry which gives the employees a greater experience than they would have at other Public Relations firms.

    Cons

You have to be reliable - always on time and able to meet deadlines. Management will excuse you the first time, but you're there to learn so if you keep making the same mistakes, you won't go very far. Creativity and ingenuity are your best tools here in order to succeed. If you simply think of it as a 9 - 5 job and don't put in extra effort, you won't do very well here.
