T-mobile not only pays your hourly wage but also a commission for everything you sale. Everything thing has a commission pay. Everyone is given a quota, and once one exceeds quota, your earnings multiply. Made good amount of cash in commissions, not bad as a side college job.
Sometimes you will get very rude customers, lots of pressure from managers to hit sales quota and accessories. Sometimes will need to look for business and make follow up calls. Almost like outside sales.
Advice to Management
T-mobile is a great place to work. Unfortunately i was not able to continue but it did provide a great work experience, references and friends.
