    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

EASY MONEY !!!! The Commission is Lovely and easy to make. You get paid on everything you sell (Phones,Plans,Accessories,& upgrades)
Lots of great stuff such as 401k; PTO; discount; Perks, Healthcare etc.

    Cons

Only con is if you have non-knowledgeable RSM who isn't trustworthy. Managers get jealous when you an RSA makes more money than them.
HR isn't there to help employees, but they will agree with management.
It's an "AT WILL" job, meaning they can Terminate you for no Reason.

    Advice to Management

HR should be available for everyone instead of choosing to help employees based on Sexual harassment, discrimination and religion.
HR should protect employees who have put in work instead of terminating them for petty things.
Pay your RSM so they don't have hatred towards TOP sales Reps.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits even for part time employees. One of my favorite parts of working for the company is their corporate culture, it is very laid back and an emphasizes having fun and working as a team. Each store I've worked at has felt like a family.

    Cons

There's not always a clear path for advancement opportunities, it's very easy to get shelved away if you do not have a manager or district manager who is vested in your growth in the company. At times it feels like you a prisoner of the typical politics of corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

Offer programs for retail employees that are interested in pursuing other career tracks in the company.

    Pros

Good place to start a career, commissions are great and usually employees are easy to get along with.

    Cons

Customers are really annoying sometimes, but that's part of the job.

    Advice to Management

This job is already so tedious, try to better communicate with front line employees to make our life a little easier.
