    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time

    Pros

    Benefits
    Development
    Growth
    Compensation
    Pto accrues very quickly

    Cons

I really can't say there are any cons. It's high demand high rewards. The goals are aggressive and wireless definitely isn't for everyone but the company is great!

    Advice to Management

Continue pushing the needle and bringing new and unique uncarrier moves.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Employee stock sharing, full medical/vision/dental insurance, employee phone benefit, 401k with 3% match... You get stock with every raise.
There are some really genuine people here and the benefits are great.

    Cons

No real open door policy, cannot share views openly without fear of retaliation, human resources usually repeats what you say in confidence. Ever changing compensation program sets you up for failure

    Advice to Management

Be transparent and listen to your employees.

8 years -- that's awesome. So first thing is a huge THANK YOU to you! Second, you've seen us transform a lot over the past 8 years and while we've worked out a lot of kinks we agree there are more to ... More

I have been working at T-Mobile (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Commission, and hourly paid. Diversity comes to mind... T-Mobile as a brand has been trying to establish themselves as the Mavericks in wireless doing things no wireless company has attempted to do.

    Cons

The same political crap that follows every hob, and my managers don't help the situation. There are a lot personality issues within the team, but everyone tries to get along even with the favoritism that we all have to deal with. The training doesn't help grasp the situations you're going to be dealing with on a daily bases, also the commission structure has changed various of times since I've been with the company, finding ways to make us do more and pay us less... For Ex. Canvassing for potential business owners but not paying us more to go that extra mile for these said VIP rated customers

    Advice to Management

Growth needs to come from within the company as outside hires usually bring down morale of teams that have been looking for opportunity

    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, pay is okay if you don't invest touch time thinking about management's lack of efficiency.

    Cons

Too many professionally immature individuals. No organic growth yet the company promotes it everyday. Many store and assistant managers are not competent. They fail to see potential.

    Advice to Management

    Too valuable to share.
