    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and opportunity for jumping tax brackets

    Cons

somewhat hostile work environment, bad business ethics, focus is $$$ and no balance with customers or employees, and moving up is a popularity contest.

    Advice to Management

please stop the noise and yelling at your reps, the customers really don't like it

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good benefits a d start within 30 days. hours were great as it was monday-friday 9:30-6:30pm and no overtime cap.

    Cons

upper management not consistent and will blatantly lie to employees or leadership. there is favoritism shown blatantly as everyone is not held to same standard.

    Advice to Management

hold the director accountable as we hold everyone else accountable for things they say, do, or how they perform.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

T-Mobile has great benefits along with flexible hours and are very active in discussions with employees about implementing their ideas and concerns. T-Mobile compensation plans in my position are attractive in today's economy.

    Cons

Too many young kids working in the department that requires a more professional and experienced atmosphere than what coaches and managers tend to encourage. Too much play time and not enough serious work.

    Advice to Management

Hire more professional sales reps and account mangers so that business owners feel more at ease and confident in the relationship between them and their business account manager. Set a positive rapport with each and every client.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time

    Pros

The bonus structure. Base pay. Rewards zone points. Health insurance. 401k. I really liked all my coaches and Seniors. My trainers were also amazing. Great entry level job for ppl beginning their careers.

    Cons

My schedule was involuntarily changed twice between realignments, which was hard on me and my family since I also lived quite a distance away. Metrics change often, but you're sometimes not informed until the middle of the month. Seems like career pathing was way more complicated, political, and based on popularity versus skill, experience, and ability. Saw a lot of good ppl go because of this. The job wasn't a good fit for me. It's a good company, but the job itself is difficult and stressful. I prefer face-to-face interactions and being able to move around.

    Advice to Management

    Continuity.

    Pros

Great Pay. Great Benefits. Very supportive management. Customer centric company while still attentive to employee concers

    Cons

You will be talking with peopl...a lot. Not a negative to the company at all, just the job role. Understand that if you feel like you are a given the gift of gab, this is for you. If you feel like if even for one moment you may want to think/do anything other than talk and apologize for things that don't really even deserve an apology, don't do it!
