    Pros

    Great leadership, awesome pay, get rewarded for your hard work, bonus payout, everyone works together as a team, great training, and on going training throughout your career with T-Mobile. Oh and they are always hiring and promoting within the company.

    Cons

    Not too many work schedule options to pick from.

    The benefits are hard to compete with, they're simply amazing! Pay is competitive, and bonus opportunities EVERY MONTH! The company itself does care about it's employees.
