I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, 2 day work from home policy

    Cons

Management isn't cohesive, no room for advancement, short staffed and large workload, and no shift change availability.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the hard work of your team members, not by giving them more work, and hire staff that are hard workers instead of people who do not want to work. Provide room for advancement in the department, we shouldn't have to wait 10 years to get promoted.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is No cap on commission, so can ultimately make as much as you want. Usually ranging from 1700-3500 a month

    Cons

Open 7 days a week. Not a whole lot to complain about. If you're looking for a 9-5 probably not for you

    Pros

Okay pay, hourly plus commission. Great benefits and matching retirement. Discount on phone bill which is nice and certian brands offer a free phone at certain times.

    Cons

Awful leadership and no where to move up unless you want to take a pay cut as a manger. Horrible boss who was able to fire all women, currently he went from a mixed team to just males. Mangers love to threaten your job after a bad shift or week. Sells isn't hard but sometimes unrealistic goals for the slow store I worked at. Was not worth putting up with so I left and many others do.

    Advice to Management

Fire all of them and start over. They do promote from within but entirely based on favoritism not skill.
