Pros
Competitive compensation(above average base salary + bonuses + stock awards). Good work/life balance. Hybrid work schedule. Uncarrier spirit. Interesting projects. Lots of cross-functional work. Safe work environment(covid test requirements). Free lunch, fruit, snacks and drinks.
Cons
Ocasional structural reorganizations. Some teams are clicky, keeping underperforming members.

Pros
Great atmosphere. People here are very supportive. I love free food. Saves time I would otherwise waste going outside to buy food. Discounted cellphone service makes a huge impact to my family budget.
Cons
We've had too many re-orgs. Seems like they are staffing changes every 3 months. Salary adjustment below inflation. Not very diverse. Only a handful of minorities in leadership positions. Will probably get worse now that Deutsch Telekom owns more than 50% of T-Mobile. Very hard to get promoted. No career path.
