    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

T-Mobile it self as a company is GREAT! John Leger, AWESOME! Great benefits, decent pay, flexible schedules, great co workers if you're lucky. Overall awesome atmosphere, I loved most of my time there.

    Cons

Certain Management, horrible at their jobs. I've never heard management at any company speak to employees the way my managers did.

    Advice to Management

My advice to upper management is really take the time and look into some of the management you have now. I was constantly being threaten as to my hours being taken away by one manager, other managers speak negatively to reps using foul language and putting people down. I was the top performing rep at my store with no prior coachings or any type of disciplinary action taken against me and I was let go due to "violating policy" when everyone in my store has violated same policy. I caught my store manager searching my personal bag without my knowledge nor did he have my permission the way the employee handbook states. The only difference was management wanted to get rid of me, they believed things that weren't true without giving me a fair chance to explain myself nor did they investigate the way they should have. To top it all off, I was labeled as non re-hirable as if I would have committed some type of crime. I'm disappointed in T-Mobile and how they let these type of managers represent their company. Before being let go I was put on a admin leave and they said they'd let me know what would happen 3 days later and after waiting 6 days, I didn't get a call nor did I get an email. I called my store manager twice and he would ignore my calls, I left a voicemail and nothing. I finally decided to call the HR department to find out what's going on and they told me I was shown as terminated. I called my district manager who then said she'd call me back and then she did, to tell me the same thing hr had told me 2 hours prior. They said I would get an exit packet explaining my benefits and my last paycheck. I received last paycheck next day but the "exit packet" I had to call 2 weeks later to remind them to send it to me because I had not received it. I received it 2 days before my benefits were done, extremely disappointed in how all this happened and i find it unfair how they did not look to do the right thing.

    Pros

Great customer service and appreciation, the branding of the company primarily focuses how to make cellular easier for the customer, not just for the company.

    Cons

They are not the top cellular service yet due to the slow expansion but it will slowly and surely get to that point I am confident.

    Pros

Employee First Mentality, really embraces the relaxed urgency. Wants to approach customer like an Apple retail store, and still be business minded.

    Cons

low attrition hard to move up. The commission has decreased for management but the guaranteed money has increased. Not many cons

    Advice to Management

    Accountability can be inconsistent
