    Pros

Great benefits, company culture is solid and pay is good.

    Cons

Not many levels for advancement unless you live the retail environment. California doesn't have too many opportunities in other sections of the company.

    Advice to Management

District Managers need to pay closer attention to store environments and have a better idea of the type of talent they have and where to place it.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Innovative company that is breaking records, and CEO that actually listens to what customers really want instead of being a follower like the other guys.

    Cons

Very stressful position, cutthroat sales, very little direction, not structured, and the pay is lower than than most other companies with the same position.

    Advice to Management

Help by using other lead generating tools like the OTHER guys use, hire more people to help with backend support, and invest more time into training the people you have instead of firing the ones that don't hit goal.

I have been working at T-Mobile (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work with excellent benefits. Best culture which starts with our CEO John Legere who sets the tone. Went from 30 million customers to 60 million in 3 years. Past up Sprint in total subscribers. Stock opened at 18 when we went public and is now at 47 today.

    Cons

There aren't too many cons if you can handle your typical outside sales position. Always hunting and prospecting to fill your sales funnel. Overcoming objections from the die hard Verizon business customers who refuse to test our network because they think its worth paying more.

    Advice to Management

Improve the Business customers web portal to where they can manage billing, lines, upgrades, and activation's to where the account executive still gets credit
