    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I worked there for 10 years, great benefits, great pay, enthusiast upper leadership, constantly changing the landscape of wireless.

    Cons

The goals are VERY high and I have seen a lot of number manipulation. It makes those that are running clean businesses look less successful.

    Advice to Management

More vigilant loss prevention....there are commission fraud happening everywhere

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Full Medical and Dental benefits. Paid time off. 401k with matching plans. Tuition reimbursement. Great job growth potential. Very competitive and up beat culture.

    Cons

Communication between Customer service and Retail could be and should be better. Although the potential for growth is there, there has to be a better emphasis on it. Most employees don't know what programs are available to help with potential growth.

    Advice to Management

Let's get a system in place to have a better communication system between Customer service and the retail stores.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Was able to participate in changing the broken wireless industry.
The company recognizes high performance and rewards it accordingly.
Leadership is values driven while keeping both eyes on performance goals.

    Cons

The company is very centralized (Bellevue, WA).
There is limited growth potential for field employees.

    Advice to Management

Give some more rope to the rock stars in the field.

I worked at T-Mobile (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It has great pay and flexible schedule. Great for people who are still in school, looking to make decent money.

    Cons

You have to deal with rude customers and a lot of billing issues. Management shows a lot of favoritism. You have to hit a quota every month so if you like to slack off this is not the job for you.

    Advice to Management

Remember that your associates have a life outside of work too. Don't put so much pressure on them. The managers attitude towards his staff creates the way his/her employees work.
