    The bonuses r wild and people are cool as ever to work with!

    Cons

    No one in HR, operational, nor sales side will communicate.

    Advice to Management

    Dont take less than 1400 for a 6 day salary, that's not including bonuses at all but that is untaxed, or do 2500 monthly for a 5 day salary

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Fun and energetic atmosphere. Great employee pricing for service.

    Cons

    Cellular retail flat out sucks sometimes. My dealer also made a lot of false promises and never paid me back pay for a raise that never took effect.

    There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company. A lot of different branches to grow. Just stay hungry.

    Pay is decent and recognition is always good to hear when you work hard and produce

    Cons

    Not a great home life balance as a lot is asked of you and when you work with kids be prepared to constantly hire. Safely can be a concern as robbery and snatch and grabs are frequent dependent on your location.

    Always own your own development. They’ll reward your production if you want to advance
