I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work schedule flexibility, work/life balance and a leadership team that values family.

    Cons

Parking is a challenge. For those of us who regularly arrive before 9 there aren't many issues but if you arrive after 9 you will be double parked by a lot attendant or sent away if the garages are full. Contractors must park offsite and take a shuttle in.

    Advice to Management

    Doing a great job!

    Pros

The pros are the pay, benefits, atmosphere and work life balance. I major pro is the acceptance of disabilities and they go above and beyond to accommodate you.

    Cons

Some of the metrics are somewhat hard to meet due to some of the calls due to changes.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work in going above and beyond to help us.

    Pros

The company walks the talk - mostly. Passionate, focused, dedicated to employees.

    Cons

The pace is aggressive, which could be a con for some, but if you like to move fast, it's a plus!

    Advice to Management

    Keep keeping it real.

Promotes from within. CEO and directors are approachable. They listen to the people. Fun environment.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Keep it fun. Continue to appreciate frontline and please fix software.

    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Money is amazing. I work 20-30 hours a week and make more than most FT friends. Fun and energetic atmosphere. Managers are usually cool. Discount is amazing.

    Cons

Stressful at first. There's no real way to move up. Raises are terrible. It's retail hours. Some of the shifts can be short.

    Advice to Management

No real way to fix the things I've listed other than keep opening stores!

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed the people I worked with and the company as a whole. The call center I worked for makes sure we had a fun environment to work in. There were lots of good benefits. Great discount on phone services.

    Cons

No work life balance. Some of the coaches were terrible which is the reason I left. The last coach I had was no good whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

Some of the coaches are terrible! Get rid of them and find some that care about their employees.

    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I honestly loved working for T-Mobile. I joined back in 2014 when I was finishing up senior year for my undergrad. The flexibility, benefits and compensation that one can have access to is amazing. Company structured around commission + hourly rate. Upper management varies and are salary based. Would definitely recommend working for T-Mobile for anyone who wants to still do retail and sales, but at a different level of quality.

    Cons

The constant restructuring of promos often causes customer disconnects. One of the few pesky things you have to deal with when it comes to customers, along with bill explanations (customers tend to forget what services they agree to).

    Advice to Management

Make sure each rep is 100% knowledgeable on promos. Biggest reason for future customer escalations!

    Pros

Great atmosphere and very positive company, great company discount on service and great benefits. Rapid growth in telecommunications industry. Great upset management

    Cons

None that I can think of. Not all sales reps are full time. Tmobile is a great company overall. Must use down time wisely in order to succeed
