    Awesome CEO, great people, stock options, structure, UnCarrier, what's not to like. Just do your job and you get rewarded.

    Cons

    Sometimes promotions are based on who you instead of more important things. Takes to long to fire bad reps ......

    I worked at T-Mobile (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Loved working in such an innovative and, at the same time, very thoughtful environment.

    Cons

    No parking! I can't think of much else == I was rarely onsite.

    Pros

    T-Mobile is a fantastic company to work for. They have great benefits and flexible hours. Managers are typically easy to work with and very honest.

    Cons

    The commission changes are not always in the sales reps favor. Some promotions are not necessarily a good fit for the customers

    Advice to Management

    more transparency would be greatly appreciated but all and all the management really tries to cater to the reps and make it a pleasant experience

    Very good environment to work. Friendly environment, excellent cooperation between the team menbers.

    Cons

    Some times more work pressure compare to other places but overall satisfaction is good.

    great working culture. People focus on getting things done instead of politics. Super collaborative. Great compensation structure.

    Cons

    Telecom is a zero sum game - no new business model or customer retention strategy except playing with prices

    Pros

    Benefits are outstanding even for part-time reps
    Low stress even though it's sales
    Good work/life balance
    Product practically sells itself because T-Mobile offers outstanding prices and "un-carrier" moves that customers love.
    Many make a career out of it- you'll find yourself not wanting to leave
    Amazing and energizing company culture that's professional but not stuffy
    Also our CEO is a bad-as# and no ones afraid to say it

    Cons

    Retail Hours include nights and weekends but we are usually closed for holidays or paid time and a half for working holidays

    Keep up the encouraging attitudes
