    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

These people are horrible to work for. The most horrible place to be employed by.
I would never put my worst enemy through what my fiance and I have gone through with these schemers and scumbags. These people discriminated and harassed my fiance and I, and as well hurt her at her job by not ergonomically assessing her. These people are space cadets.

    Cons

Not getting paid the money you were promised and worked so hard for. Receiving personal bias & discrimination from managers as an evaluation on exit interview, after you've went above and beyond and actually created a robust working software to increase customer to agent efficiency, and had the best scores consistently for months on end.

    Advice to Management

To not terminate wrongfully, and to actually coach agents on individuals basis correctly, not to mention ergonomically assess without bias, and personal opinion.

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you're lucky, you end up with very proactive and encouraging leaders. Great benefits. Opportunities for internal promotions. Flexible scheduling.

    Cons

Coworkers, the usual retail headaches. Subject to the ebbs and flows of seasonal retail traffic. For some reason, company doesn't seem to discipline or terminate people who should've been fired a long time ago.

    Advice to Management

Please actually fire people who are dead weight.

    Pros

Good company culture - accepting, encouraging
Lots of opportunities for growth (good managers will also support you going into different career fields within the company)
