I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Promotes from within. CEO and directors are approachable. They listen to the people. Fun environment.

    Cons

Can be stressful. Some of software can frustrate you when it doesn't work and you are on a call

    Advice to Management

Keep it fun. Continue to appreciate frontline and please fix software.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great insurance plans, discounted employee stock purchase plan, annual stock grants, and updated training every year. Have an Executive Leader that is an expert in our industry and a CEO that is not afraid to make waves in the wireless world.

    Cons

Our recruiting team is not finding us the best candidates to fill positions. Looking for the best people to be part of a great company. Looking for people that want a CAREER, not a JOB.

    Advice to Management

Continue the to build a better network and look to find the best candidates to bring to our team. To be the best, you must look at staying the best also.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits. Decent pay.

    Cons

Pay is lower than some other wireless carriers.

    Advice to Management

Though the pay is fair and the benefits are good, technicians are overworked. Local markets are undermanned which is driving up working hours for techncians.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Awesome co-workers, great business direction, stock giveaway and purchase plan

    Cons

Terrible health benefits, 80% coverage for $300/m the pay is far less then Verizon for twice the workload.

    Advice to Management

Raises for your core employees would go a long way or you might loose some of your best to the competetor.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They pay well. Very good benefits. Perks are nice.

    Cons

We have not hired anyone in 6 years. In that time we have quadrupled our work load. T-Mobile tries to compete with Verizon and AT&T by spending half as much money while trying to improve the network at twice the speed. It sounds good from the management perspective but we are all burned out.

Couple that with the fact that our local management style is "everything is a crisis" and "criticism

    Advice to Management

Don't end the fiscal year December 31st. And take a good look at your goal plan. The results are not what you think.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits where good, get 2 new phones a year, had 401, good health care. I loved my job, as my interest has always been telecommunications and loved working mostly alone outdoors on equipment.

    Cons

When you are 65 or get payed too much, they secretly find ways to get you out fast, to save money. They try to find more work and ask you to work extra hours and when you can do it, they give up and say we just don't want you in the company any more, you must leave, no warning and no are allowed to be asked.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your best employees that have spent over 10 years with the company. Don't make false reason to get rid of a good employee, just because he is now 65 and making more than his supervisor, just to save money. Watch supervisors, as they make stories, so that they can get rid of you, even though they praised you for over 11 years for great work, in your reviews.
