I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Upbeat atmosphere
    -AMAZING pay & benefits
    -Flexible work hours.
    -Promotions within first year.

    Cons

-Good metrics equal a good job (if you do not meet metrics you will more than likely hate coming to work every single day).
-Leadership can be a bit too relaxed (by this I mean, coaches and leaders will provide constructive feedback which is beneficial to employee growth; then they will turn to the next person and gossip about another employees weaknesses).
-Motivation for good sales blur the lines in ethics and moral (leadership will listen in to you to assure sales are being offered. If sales are not offered, leadership will talk while you are on call and try to tell you how to offer sales to customers. If a customer accepts a sale, leadership then celebrates so loudly that the customer can hear them through the phone).
-The music that is played throughout the building (to create a laid back environment) is often contains content that is inappropriate for customers to hear; however leadership will play the music so loud within the pod that customer complain.

    Advice to Management

-People do not leave jobs; they leave their bosses.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Large Service Discount
    Easy to get FMLA

    Cons

No Equipment Discount. No Union Representation which is bad because with this shoddy company you need it . Substandard wages. No 401K match. 2 month delay before health insurance kicks in . 8 month delay before ESPP kicks in . You loan your money back to the company interest free during the 8 months leading up to ESPP purchase .

    Advice to Management

Very Racist company prefers to hire only Africans, Muslims, Homosexuals, and Single Parents with LOTS of illegitimate kids so they can enroll them in heavily subsidized child care program at the expense of childless employees . This makes the single parents more likely to put up with more company abuse because they need the free childcare for all their illegitimate kids.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Recently I came up with some pretty severe problems with my health and management and he took me by the hand and directed me on my every step. T mobile is the best place I have ever worked! They really care deeply about their employees . If you work here they will definitely expect you to give back to them your all but they give back as much as you put in. The pay is good and the benefits are even better. A great place to work and I hope to be back very soon. Shouting out to Chattanooga. Thank you t mobile.

    Cons

Can be stressful at times and sometimes there is a little micro managing but it's only to make sure you're on your game and treating to customer with excellence.
