    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    I worked at T-RAM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wide range of problems to solve.

    Cons

The CEO prior to current CEO dismissed advice from engineers to complete debug of a given test chip before designing the next one. This unresolved problem made it much more difficult to determine whether a problem was due to the design or the technology.

    Advice to Management

The problem was solved by replacing the CEO with the current one, but it wasn't done soon enough.
