I have been working at T. Rowe Price full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They recognize associates as an unparalleled resource. They have one of the largest Corporate Social Responsibility groups in the area working constantly to help associates connect with their communities and causes. The culture emphasis respect and staying true to our mission and values.

    Cons

Some groups that are more entry level seem to have higher turnover. Not sure the positive culture permeates all the way to the front line associates.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to provide managers (especially those with front line associates and high turnover) with the managerial skills they need to be positive leaders with effective and efficient teams. And continue to live the T Rowe Price culture. Every time I see our leaders address current issues with grace and courage, I am so very proud to be a T Rowe Price associate. Well done.

I worked at T. Rowe Price as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

The culture is great. Hard working people while also being easy going. There's a lot of diversity. Owings Mills campus is beautiful.

    Cons

There's not as much structure to the intern program so a lot of interns end up doing very little all day. Food options options aren't the best.

    Advice to Management

Have managers prepare structure for their interns before they get there.
