I worked at T. Rowe Price full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to grow your career and make a decent living after entry level role. Very collaborative company that truly seeks to put the interest of the clients first. If you are a good networker and network with the "right" people, you will do well.

    Cons

If you are not a good networker beware. Also, you may need to spend as much time ensuring you are telling the right people what you are doing well as well as doing those tasks well.

    Advice to Management

Keep clients first. Focus on not kicking the can down the road - can't do that forever.

    Pros

Solid 401k and benefits program. Pay is ok, but advancement was tough to come by

    Cons

Politics are paramount at certain levels of the company. It felt like who liked you mattered more than how good you were at your job.

    Advice to Management

Good place to work, but too many politics involved at certain levels of the company. If you are good at brown nosing, it may be the place for you

I worked at T. Rowe Price as an intern

    Pros

Easy to work across departments and get in contact with anyone. Very friendly management willing to help with meeting people and getting on projects you're interested in.

    Cons

Work was not very challenging and fairly repetitive. Analysts spend a lot of time on repetitive tasks that should be automated.

    Advice to Management

Push your workers more. The department was bringing in money but they were clearly complacent and could have been working better.

    Lack of transparency from management
Not a very friendly company culture

    Advice to Management

Invest in good people. Listen to your employees. Don't make promises you can't keep. Deal with people who are full-time and are no longer producing good quality work.
