    I worked at T-force full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of hours. Pay was okay. The management took responsibility when they screwed up. Housing was provided for the guys.

    Cons

Wrong people in the high positions. Out of Business. Management couldn't give a care less whether you had a problem or not.

    Advice to Management

Stop worrying about golf and get us some rigs to move.

    I have been working at T-force full-time

    Pros

Offers good benefits, including health plans and 401K.

    Cons

Management is terrible, will not deal with known issues and procrastinates everything, practically ignore employees. Low wages and will try to cheat you anyway they can, especially adding responsibilities without raises. Lack of proper lunches because they only employ skeleton crews, which makes working conditions terrible.

    Pros

They will offer you benefits like 401k, health, dental and vision insurance for free and they will give discounts on hotels and car rentals.

    Cons

It is very difficult to contact them through email and phone. You should email them a couple of times before they will respond.
