    Pros

    Good mentor that teaches you everything you need to know.
    Coworkers are friendly.
    Nice view from the boardroom and the desk -- you can see the Statue of Liberty.
    Can make good money: although you need to be a good trader or learn to be one in the first place.

    Cons

    Capital contribution: you need to risk your own money.
    Eat what you kill.
    Can be stressful and over competitive sometimes.

    Nothing that I can think of.

    Learn technical analysis, get some finance related work experience, get licensed

    Cons

    they charge $100 fees like its candy. always had to ask for refunds because they will charge you twice. Impossible to make any money with small account because your account with quickly just get eaten up by fees. No salary, no benefits, no support.RIP OFF!!

    None. It is all loss. No upside.

    Cons

    Lured and trapped into a unwinnable situation. Found out no one wants series 57 except T3.

    Advice to Management

    I still see your company actively advertising "trader" positions. You cannot be serious. I don't believe this is legit business model.

    Good environment for trading, good platform

    Cons

    High fees, this company is all about charging hidden fees to traders. Your capital contribution moves from your pocket to theirs through the fees. Trading classes do not provide any insight.
