    The people are some of the best (friendly, open, considerate, helpful, etc - all positive) to work with.

    Cons

    There is a lack of upward movement within the company.
    Customer facing applications do receive the attention they deserve to grow the customer base.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on the customers that drive one of the core businesses; give them more features and options.

    Close-knit group of people to work with.
    Flexible work schedule.
    Casual working environment.
    Appreciates their employees and offers a lot of perks for employees to take advantage of.

    Limited room for professional growth.
    Company has experienced many layoffs in the past 5 years.

    Ability to determine your income - no caps and they encourage people to be as successful as possible in creative ways

    Cons

    The company is always changing - including people and some of the structure. Change is good but sometimes too much, too often without good planning and management can make it difficult to be as successful as you want to be

    Find a way to spot the talent, the people who can take the company forward and find a way to utilize them
