I have been working at TAB full-time

    Pros

The people are some of the best (friendly, open, considerate, helpful, etc - all positive) to work with.

    Cons

There is a lack of upward movement within the company.
Customer facing applications do receive the attention they deserve to grow the customer base.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the customers that drive one of the core businesses; give them more features and options.

I worked at TAB full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Even though there is nothing proprietary about folders and shelving space, until organizations are fully committed to the cloud, there will always be a demand.

    Cons

Service side of the business is poor and heavily saturated with competition. With their lack of business acumen and strategic vision they cannot expect any measurable level of growth. Company has no corporate culture , partially due to its high turn over rate. I sincerely do not recommend this place to any one.

I worked at TAB (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You can earn a nice paycheck, but it isn't worth it.

    Cons

Not the ideal place to try to improve your career. Management is unprofessional and it is like the good ol boys club

    Pros

Not much; auto-deposit to my checking always worked, but that was ADP so...

    Cons

Management, products, operations, senior management, training...

    Advice to Management

Your "fraternity" is just about out of business. Stop luring un-suspecting victims in the door with promises of great sales and big dollars. Those jobs ended about 15 years ago. The management team is lost and has no idea what to do next. They are all like little squirrels now gathering their acorns for winter.
