    Pros

    Nice stores and merchandise - incentives (contests) , close to home, good return policy, exceptional customer service, great customer base.

    Cons

    District Manager is allowed to harass and threaten Store Managers - Complaints to HR are not investigated - very stressful - no salary increase in two years (only promises)

    Advice to Management

    Investigate complaints received against one particular District Manager (you know who she is). She is representing your company in a very negative way. She should not be allowed to treat people without respect.
