    Manage Your Expectations

    Pros

Friendly and helpful office staff, lots of training available. Diverse product line in all areas.

    Cons

Strong emphasis on building a downline for passive income instead of focusing on the customer. The leads aren't "free", you pay for them with all the money you hand back to the company because of low commission. Leads were hit or miss. I was giving commission to "managers" I had never even met.

    Pros

Work at your own pace and potential for high income. No set hours and no traditional management.

    Cons

Very high start up cost, not the best training, and no payment during training. Initial time from interview to first day of working is a long process as well (around 2-3 months)

    Pros

Income is not capped. You absolutely get out what you put in.

    Cons

The first year is going to blow if you’ve never been in sales before. But it’s worth pushing through if you can.

    TAG Changed My Life

Sep 27, 2020 - Insurance Sales Agent in Charlotte, NC
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Boundless opportunity to help Senior Citizens with over sixty carrier choices for Life Insurance, Medicare Options, Hospital Indemnity, and Annuities. Access to no-cost leads, team training/support, residual income, and in-house appointment setting is available.

    Cons

Must be a self-starter and committed to treating the insurance industry like any other career by working a regular schedule (sometimes longer hours). Those new to insurance have to *work* to create the financial future they seek and truly be dedicated if they intend to serve our market of senior citizens.
