    Pros

This company was excellent. I had great experiences with Tai Pedro

    Cons

There were no downsides that I experienced. The only thing was that the contract ended.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at TAI PEDRO & ASSOCIATES P.C. (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very great work/life balance in a small sized company where everyone knows their role and pursue it. Management cares about your well-being and they offer the tools to conquer challenges.

    Cons

    I can't find a con, none.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, it is great.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Good technical support for IT problems. Nice suite of offices. Cordial, courteous coworkers.

    Cons

Low pay. Senior management seemed to act spur of the moment in pursuing business opportunities. Ownership did not understand how its business practices were alienating prospective or current large business team members. Management discounted business intelligence at odds with its biases.

    Advice to Management

Should institute Shipley or Lohfeld process to improve proposal-making process. Avoid 11th hour, slap-dash proposal submittals. To generate business, demonstrate a greater interest in creating lasting business relationships.

  5. "Amazing!"

    I worked at TAI PEDRO & ASSOCIATES P.C. part-time

    Pros

It's in downtown silver spring so that's great. The CEO is amazing and actually cares about his employees. There's always a birthday lunch for the office when it's their birthday and everyone is so friendly. What you see is what you get. They don't employ you and then renege on something previously agreed on. I remember getting an impromptu bonus because the client gave positive reviews about the project I was working on.

It's like a family over there.

    Cons

Only downside for me was that I wanted to switch career paths =(. My loss

    Advice to Management

    KEEP BEING AMAZING.
