    Pros

    Good for fresher's.
    Huge learning exposure.
Yearly increment is good but late.

    Cons

    Only work nothing else
    No canteen
    No transportation facility
    No security for female employees
They don't know how to keep employees happy/satisfied.
    Very high level of politics.

I have been working in this company for 3 years. I have following opinions for this company
    1. Great Place to learn
    2. Full Exposure for talented resources
    3. Product based company, so salary is not a concern for right candidate (good hike)

    Cons

    1. No work-life balance
    2. Most of time credit will be taken by seniors
    3. Very poor management
    4. No adherence to any kind of process
    5. Communication gap

    Advice to Management

If you introduce any process, please strictly follow that process.
You make rules, and you only break the rules for your own benefits.
Try to put transparency while doing appraisal.
