I have been working at TBA Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It's been some time since I left, and many I knew who stayed on have since left as well. I can't speak to to culture now, but when it was great, it was really great.

    Cons

In my experience, it grew too fast.

I have been working at TBA Global (More than a year)

    Pros

Big name clients (Google, Chipotle, etc.), occasional happy hour

    Cons

No HR department, miscommunication between departments, micromanagement, constant turn over, 'mean girls' attitudes. Values living in the office above everything else.

    Advice to Management

Step back and trust the people you've hired; they're experts in their field, just like you are (or should be). Be aware that when you 'push people out' for personal reasons, it effects the overall morale of the office.

Can;t think of one, they are a dying company

    Cons

Horrible C level management. They have no idea of what they are selling or what they are doing. Run!

I worked at TBA Global as a contractor

    Pros

Since there are so few people there you can do what you want.

    Cons

It's very quiet there, and kind of depressing. The office is in the middle of Times Square. They have a high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Maybe talk to some of the employees sometime.
