I have been working at TBI Airport Management full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Easy job, decent benefits, uniform and parking is free

    Cons

Low pay, this companys’ training is very poor. Management is extremely impersonal. Communication between management and employees is virtually non- existent. They operate from the belief that the “less you know”, the better. They can be petty. The environment does not inspire one to do their best.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting your title go to your head, stop being petty, realize that this job IS NOT ABOUT YOU, without the employees YOU WOULD’NT HAVE A JOB! Come from behind your office doors -avoiding people and get to know the employees! Stop ONLY talking to employees under NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCES . Your LACK OF DESIRE TO ENGAGE WITH EMPLOYEES AND AWKWARDNESS SHOWS AND IS FELT. Stop skimming the surface and just doing enough to...

I have been working at TBI Airport Management part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Only good if it's your first job and you need a place holder to find another job

    Cons

Oh God where do I begin? The management is terrible. The worst I have ever seen in my life. They will treat you like crap if they don't like you. Even if you do 100 things right if you do one wrong they will hold that against you. I have gotten written up for the dumbest things. They accused me of something without proof and now that will forever be in my record without evidence to back it up. Parking is a joke. You get...

    Advice to Management

Please all of you leave you don't care for anybody else but yourself. Get people that actually care about their employees. Thank you.

I worked at TBI Airport Management full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You get to meet awesome people working at the airport, if you are fortunate enough to work in the customs area you can learn a lot

    Cons

The company ... bad business all around.

    Advice to Management

Give some of the money you gain from contracts to the hourly employees who work hard for you day in and day out, and appreciate those that continue to stay with you through your nonsense ... stop stealing the appraisals/raises of the employees ...

I worked at TBI Airport Management full-time

      Pros

Meeting Celebrities, CEOs of large companies: that is how I got hired from meeting CEOs

      Cons

Only two managers are great and the rest of the managers and supervisors are not good

      Advice to Management

Treat others the way you will like to be treated because your regular employee today can buy out the company and become the owner of the company. An example is the American Seafood CEO who was a regular worker. Now, he is the CEO of American Seafood.
