The pros of working at TC Global India—competitive remuneration, hybrid work, and a diverse workforce—are all eclipsed by the company’s abysmal working culture.
Cons
The current incumbents in the corridors of power at TC Global have fallen victim to the Dunning–Kruger effect, i.e. they are unaware of their incompetencies as leaders. Their obsession with driving business growth has resulted in them compromising their workforce’s wellbeing, that is evident in the slew of resignations across all levels in the organisation in the last year. While they posture as being driven by a noble purpose of democratising international education, it is unfortunate that their own value set is parochial. This has taken a toll on my and so many other employees’ mental health and I recommend you to connect with former employees to make more informed decisions in your career. Their Human Capital Management team will leave you in the lurch as soon you resign and as a result, several former employees have reported not receiving their full and final settlements. In essence, if you’re someone who is diligent and forthright, you are likely to not reap much benefit for your contributions at this company.

When knowledge is concerned the trainings and strategies, on the job training helps you develop your skills and forte. The growth at TC Global is fast and fair, It is an organisation which allows you the flexibility to work and balance personal life at one go with their hybrid working model, Also the flexibility of a rotational roster allow you to plan your week as per your convenience. You can often speak your mind freely and you will be assured with the fact that you are heard. The organisational structure is very flat. This place feels like home. I'm a core team member here for the last 4 years now and I have seen massive growth.

The only con I could really think of is the amount of energy and exposure everyone has keeps up your spirit to grow and perform better and better, It doesn't let you loose sight since the vision is big!!!
