Free small cup of yogurt.
Cons
Management was horrible. I worked at a TCBY in a mall food court but I was only there for a couple weeks. I only worked two days a week and was paid BELOW minimum wage. I left as soon as I could.

easy work, slow customer flow, get to sit down often, flexible scheduling

pays minimum wage but its also so easy that it doesn't interfere with your life at all
