    No opinion of CEO

I worked at TCF full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and helpful, especially after I finished the two week training. Since branch staff is small, we got to be kind of like a little family!

    Cons

Training was two weeks long but I feel that it didn't really prepare me for the branch as well as it probably should have. Selling accounts is required, but very difficult.

  2. "culture is changing"

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at TCF full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Promotion from within and ability to establish a career in banking right out of high school.

    Cons

Upper management continues to grow while hard-working people who are the face of the company flee for better pay and treatment.
