    I worked at TCIM Services part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    My department had flexible scheduling available with part time hours, which is what I needed. It also did not have sales tasks, which was superb. I loathe telemarketing positions, and this was not that.

    Cons

    My department was downsized and I believe it was the only one worth working for. There was no comparable position available in my schedule, so at least I was able to get unemployment. I believe the company has completely changed since then and only hires for telemarketing positions.

    Advice to Management

    I advise that management foster a better community and workplace. There was no cohesion, no feeling of belonging, no "corporate culture" of any kind. I went to work and then I went home. It was nothing spectacular or memorable, and I don't even remember my managers. Be memorable, but in a good way.

    Pros

    Ability to make a lot of money if your the right person for the job. Can be flexible depending on manager.

    Cons

    stressful, most of the managers were very demanding and even mean if a person was not making goal on old leads. Worked with company during time of no call list making it difficult to sell at all.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest with your employees about what is going on with the company.

    Pros

    Fast promotion growth...due to people being fired all of the time over the silliest things... or nothing.

    Cons

    Even faster firing rate. Have to fight tooth and nail for money owed after being let go.

    The company has/had a policy of firing people almost as fast as hiring them. Then spending all efforts to make sure that bonuses and final paychecks are not honored. Most people give in and stop fighting, which adds to the companies bottom line.

    Pros

    Lots of opportunity to make money and the hourly pay was good for a college kid like myself. They were pretty flexible with your hours and the supervisors were always willing to help.

    Cons

    At the branch that I used to work for, management was not very professional and they recruited anybody that came through the door asking for a job.

    Some people were great to work with. Friendly. Relaxed environment.

    Favoritism, missing wages, no contact about missing wages, lies just to appease the situation

    Pay everyone what's owed to them. To many people worked hard for the company to get treated the way the did on their last pay checks.

    easy job. sit on your rear all day.

    Cons

    supervisors are rude, managers are rude, unprofessional work place. pay is very low considering at&t pays thier employers twice as much!

    Advice to Management

    clean up the work place, enforce the dress code! become professional and quit being so slummy and slimy!
