I have been working at TCU part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A really great boss who is a TCU alumni and understands what her employees are going through with school work and life. Also, the working environment is really creative, open, and innovative.

    Cons

The salary is ok for it is a student sales office. Also, at times the office can be more fun. But overall, for a sales office, it is comfortable enough to work for.

    I worked at TCU full-time

    Pros

It was a great opportunity to be in a cohesive culture.

    Cons

Too much emphasis on sports. My particular department had several childish staff who ruined my experience and made it impossible to function effectively.

    Advice to Management

Do more to keep the good employees and stop being tolerant of the mediocre ones.
