    Pros: the culture and the benefits are among the best reasons to work at TCU.

    Cons

    Cons: I cannot think of any reason to not consider working at TCU. I would still be there is I was not heavily recruited away.

    Fort Worth Area is comfortable and the weather is great. Welcoming staff.

    The leaders of the institution are very conservative but staff and faculty is trying to move the needle forward.
