    Supports your growth, very encouraging, harmonious work environment. Innovative and professional. Beautiful campus and great opportunities.

    At times, you can feel out of place if you aren't well-to-do or wealthy.

    Advice to Management

    Executives have it figured out (inclusion and cohesiveness). Positive and supportive, keep up the great work!

    Love TCU. The community is great. People are positive and great to work with.

    It is an expensive private university, so some of the students are a little entitled and can be difficult to work with.

    Pros

    TCU is a very people centered organization. They focus on building connection between students and faculty that drive career success.

    Cons

    Most students tend to be upper class, although there is a full range of students from all economic classes. This can create certain cultural expectations in social groups.

    Advice to Management

    While TCU HRL focuses heavily on resident quality of life, management in the main office could make a more visible effort to emphasize quality of student life for RAs as far as care and wellness.

    -great management

    -access to great tools and equipment

    -hours are flexible, but sometimes they're a bit sporadic in order to accommodate processes you're executing in the lab
