    Pros

    Their recruitment is fantastic everyone super involved in getting you any assistance. They have a relocation company called AIReS who help you through the entire process even to purchase a home.

    Cons

    None so far, I have no complaints

    Compensation, Benefit Package, Unlimited Resources

    Cons

    The organization is run by interchangeable managers who are not of the industry and who have no love or "feel" for the business.

    Advice to Management

    Sell the company to someone who can properly operate it if you are unwilling to put some tire industry veterans in the middle management slots

    Pros

    The benefits are good but just keep getting better. In the last 12 months they have improved the 401k matching, improved the healthcare through BCBS, Dependent Scholarships, Tuition Reimbursement improvements, improved tire program....

    Cons

    You have to work hard at TCi, sometimes really hard. But the teams are great and it's always a lot of fun. The days pass quick.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the leadership team stable. You are making a lot of progress and don't want to see the current group change.

    *financed by Michelin (millions of $ lost every year and still in business)
    *great local level atmosphere
    *believe in safety

    Cons

    *3rd set of senior management in 4 years
    *4th middle manager in 4 years
    *VERY high turnover on all levels
    *still losing millions
    *insecure long term employment

    Advice to Management

    *quit defining "insanity" and try something different.
    *quit allowing mother Michelin to convince you she knows what is right
    *quit the surveys that have diminished your employees expressed concerns by adding more mandates
    Try casting a vision that identifies
    *the reality of your state of business
     *corporate's inability to back into a profit
    *ways to empower/reward your field for the job customers need.

    I have been working at TCi Tire Centers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The pros for this job would have to be the hours, and the benefits. Also the pay if you are just trying to get started and save some money.

    Cons

    The downsides are the attitudes of co-workers, and management, and the small raises you get, and horrible last minute scheduling causing no time to plan anything with your family. Causing stress at home, and in the workplace.

    Advice to Management

    Have weekends scheduled ahead of time and give a different person the weekend off each weekend. Also, treat everyone equally. Equality, and proper scheduling will put a smile on the faces of all employees.
