Your paycheck probably won't bounce.

All levels of management. No help. No support. No matter how hard you work, no matter what you accomplish, the annual raises are an insult, typically 25 cents an hour. My manager was a paranoid schizo, the assistant wasn't worth the pesos he was printed on, and the warehouse manager brought his small children to work everyday. A very sick place to work.
