I have been working at TD part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Choose your own shifts
    - Very flexible hours
    - Work at different branches
    - Work as little as 20 hrs a week or as much as 40 hrs when available.
    - Less sales goals than permanent csr's in branch.
    - Encouraged to move up within company after 1 year.

    Cons

    - Hours are not guaranteed. Some months can be slow.
    - Must take up emergency shifts on short notice.
    - Traveling to different branches can be a challenge if you don't own a vehicle.
    - No compensation for travel.
    - Takes long to get comfortable at job duties since you don't have a home branch.

    Advice to Management

Make booking shifts more easy. Should be able to book shifts online instead of calling in every other day. It would make it easier for management and CSR's plus save a lot of time!

I have been working at TD full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work culture is generally positive. I've maintained some of the best relationships I have are with my work colleagues. Reward, recognition, and support systems are all in place to ensure you succeed.

    Cons

Although reward, recognition and support systems are all in place, it's difficult to stand out in a department of 300+. The environment is positive and low stress, yet management seems to be the top issue. The business is moving in the right direction, but management lacks the leadership to get there efficiently.

    Advice to Management

Metrics being used to gauge employee efficiency and business results are clearly inflated and skewed to meet your own personal needs.
