The hours make it flexible but they go a little too hard to be Americas most convenient bank. The quality of people they hire seems like they hire just anyone, also the work life balance isn't the best. It is impossible to move up to corporate or intern in corporate doesnt matter if you've been with the bank for years they don't help you move up

    Advice to Management

stop making it so easy to get hired

I have been working at TD (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Decent benefits (401K, Dental, Vision, Health)

    - Easy going job

    - Provide van (fleet vehicle so you get gas and they take care of repairs/maintenance)

    - Great people to work with and team

    - Great PTO time

    - Support branch hardware and backoffice

...Doesn't matter anyway because this job role has been eliminated and is now outsourced to IBM

    Cons

    - No room for growth. Dead end job really

    - Nobody outside of our department really appreciated us

    - They just saw us as an expense and therefore eventually replaced us with IBM come October 2016. I started June 2013.

    Advice to Management

Take a good look at the team you had after we are gone because you'll be wondering why the customer experience is going downhill when the vendor cannot respond as efficiently. In the end it will cost you more to pay IBM to do the jobs we do...Good luck...
