I have been working at TD full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fast paced environment makes the day go by fast

    Cons

Corporate is too intense on customer surveys. It sometimes gets to a point where the employee is uncomfortable approaching a customer without a manager breaching down their neck making sure they are saying everything on the list.

    Advice to Management

Make a complaint to corporate on these customer surveys are really not improving the overall customer experience.

I have been working at TD part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people. Great Customers. You get to met tons of new people and building lasting relationships. You learn the basics and the more in-depth parts of banking. Really a great place for me as this was my job through college. I gained confidence talking to customers day in and day out and was able to learn how to interact with all types of people.

    Cons

Pay could be better. You get your basic pay increase of the 2.5-3% per year. Raises aren't given to those who earn them. The only way to earn a raise is if you'd advance or wait for yearly one-to-one.

    Advice to Management

Pay workers accordingly. Reward employees for beating goals and going above and beyond or else the turnover rate will continue to rise.
