I have been working at TE Connectivity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Competitive salary - Strong leadership from global headquarter - Good working-life balance - A place to learn systematic management approach - Most of the colleagues are professional and friendly

    Cons

    - inconsistent talent strategy while selecting the successors and replacement - Limited room to be promoted - Too many political works - Unstable organization structure (just like most of the western companies)

    Advice to Management

If the goal for organization change is to optimize the talent pool, management needs to make tough decision to keep real talents and discard those under-qualified ones. The hesitation of executing talent strategy caused a lot of talent to leave the company. Otherwise TE is a good place to learn professional skills, to earn money, and to develop leadership.
