-Nepotism throughout every offices -You’re just a number at this company -Good ole boy cliques at top priority - You have beg for a raise - Management at the local offices will have you try to do things not in code to stay in good graces with customers to keep contact - Micromanagement on every level - Want you to rush to get the job done but preaches and act as if they value safety - Project management will have you breaking safety rules to just get the job done - Safety is not a top priority like they make it seem to be. That’s only on paper! - Poor upper management down to the office management -Losing great inspector due to poor/toxic management, low pay, and toxic management at worksites - Not being treated equally - Management has a lack of understanding and has no knowledge of inspection on any level. - No room to grow in this company, you literally have to beg for training and advancement if you’re not apart of the good ole boy clique - toxic work environments, discrimination, unfair treatment from management - Management talks to you like you’re dirt - Bias -CEO, HR , Office management, site leads/supervision are all horrible need to have a major evaluation!

Upper management need to really paid attention to how things operate. Small company that has grown very fast but upper management and seasoned employees still have a small company mindset Lots of family here that get special treatment husbands, wives, sons, cousins etc... you never know who is related to whom so be careful of what you say because it will come back to hunt you Lots of cliques,and favorites here

Decent pay for the industry
Cons
Promotions are who you know and not what you know. Mid level and upper level management are typically ex-technicians that have virtually no management skills or knowledge. Under going large scale acquisitions with no organized planning. The company is a real mess right now so stay away.

Great people to work with at the local levels Management at the local level spent there own money to hold a Christmas party during Covid show their appreciation after Team canceled all holiday party’s.

Team was once an amazing company to work for. They were a very family oriented company that expected you to take time off to be with your family and friends. After a change in upper management this held true for a short time, until we bought a failing company that brought their management over to team and caused a cancer. This led to another change in upperled to another change in upperled to another change in upper management which brought a new ceo with all his personnel that he chose. This new upper management doesn’t have a clue on what to do or how to handle things. Every 6 months they change the direction. They hire in new upper employees but rif the lower level employee(the ones that actually do the work to keep thing going) TEAM only cares about themselves and expects you to work on your vacation,furloughs, heck even when your sick.TEAM at one point employed over 7000 people and now it is half of that.
