I worked at TELES AG full-time

    Pros

This company has some very talented people, from engineering to sales, to training. Great place to work with an international team. One of my best work experiences of that type.

    Cons

What TELES doesn't have is strategic marketing. It continues to exercise the "if we build it they will come" strategy. Adding more features to their products is not going to create new customers. They need an aggressive lead-gen program, not just more sales people with old rolodexes.

    Advice to Management

Get some new blood into the (very top) senior management. You have got to hire truly experienced and very senior strategic marketing professionals with a Web 2.0/3.0 orientation.
