    Pros

Laid back and will look for work for you. Attendance is important, but I've seen stricter attendance policies. You can work for many different companies through the staffing agency and get a lot of job experience, and you have the option to become employed through the client employer after fullfilling your contract hours between the agency and the client. very easy job to get into compared to many others. you can email your time card in.

    Cons

it's not always predictable when you will get work, you will have to wait sometimes and some clients will like you and others will not. You need to have a working phone, like with all jobs but this one is even more crucial. Don't call in sick a lot, you literally might get a talking to regardless of how sick you were. Since this job is so easy to get into, you might have the occasional meth addicted co worker.

    Advice to Management

Try to branch out your employer client base. check to see if the reduced price gym membership program is still working, I had multiple problems trying to get it, and never did.

I worked at TERRA Staffing Group part-time

    Pros

They found me a temporary job very quickly, not the best paid but at least it was something.

    Cons

Not much oppurtunity for growth or long term employment.

    Advice to Management

It was more important to the interviewers to get someone a job right away instead of taking the time to actually find a job that fits the person.

    Pros

They have benefits you can buy, they were approximately $25/week that was auto-deducted from my check. So they were very simple to get.

    Cons

They are the worst benefits I've ever seen. I'd probably done better claiming poverty and getting on ObamaCare. I wanted to go to planned parenthood because I knew these cheap benefits, wouldn't be good enough for me to see the doctor I saw previously. The benefits are so bad, that Planned Parenthood didn't recognize them and called them "Out of Network"

I worked at TERRA Staffing Group (More than a year)

    Pros

They truly care about the individuals in the company. The industry is a very hard one to be in and the team atmosphere is what kept me there. They do everything they can to help you move forward. You even work with the CEO's and get to bounce ideas off of them. While it is sales based, they are reasonable and help you meet your goals. They are consistent on weekly one on one's with strong coaching, but they also offer quite a bit of autonomy to work your desk. It is an extremely supportive company.

    Cons

The industry is a hard one to be in. It is very sales based and if you aren't meeting your numbers, obviously there is a lot of pressure. There can be a lot of disorganization at times, but that is any company that you work for. I'd hardly call either a "con", it is what you would expect in that role.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!
