    Pros

This is a Great job! Great Company! 33 year old company with a super support system for the front line salesperson, the title of Customer Development Executive. Actually, Inside Sales Support title is Account Specialist and a great place to start at TESSCO, learn the Account Specialist role for X months, then get promoted to the Customer Development Executive position. Customer Welcome Center is another great starting point at TESSCO. if they have openings, They need all sorts of employees, Sales, Marketing, Product management, Vendor Relations, Logistics experts, Warehouse personnel, IT, Salesforce experts, Data Analytics, Remote salespeople. Huge potential to make alot of sales and earn alot of money.

    Cons

Overall TESSCO is a great company with plenty of potential.

    Advice to Management

Management knows what it is doing! They never asked for my advice.

I have been working at TESSCO full-time

    Pros

Great co workers, help when needed, great benefits, advancement opportunities, nice building/environment, lots of training classes available, tuition reimbursement, involved in charity events, great PTO time, very understanding if you need off, can work from home if needed due to emergency or bad weather.

    Cons

salaried and 9+ hrs a day sometimes, I have noticed that men make more than women in the same positions which is totally not fair but sadly still happens, I was told in the interview that my bonus pay and profit share would be higher that it actually is. They haven't paid a profit share in the last 3 years

    Pros

Amazing growth opportunities, great benefits, excellent vacation accrual. Friendly and Family like atmosphere even in a large corporate setting.

    Cons

The process for obtaining a raise in pay is outdated. The systems utilized are outdated and need updated.

    Advice to Management

Update your IT systems, provide pay increases based on performance (or cost of living) without the requirement to write a book about why it should be provided.
