Pros

great people - high quality of work - fair to their customers and employees - flexible - te team pitched in to help out a customer in a crisis (on the weekends / holidays) - family environment

Cons

none !!!!! - loved this job but it was time to retire (spend more time with the grandkids)(travel)- would loved to have stayed on part time

Pros

Nice and Friendly co workers, monthly luncheons.

Cons

Management lacks direction. Lack of new blood in the company. They are very old school in thinking and implementing decisions. Company barely gets any revenue from existing clients and they are lagging in competition. Clients abandon one by one due to various reasons. Pay is very less compared to what's out there. Couldn't see any future unless they make drastic changes in organization all the way from top. Many employees are way past their prime and loiter around gossiping, resisting to adapt to changing demands.

Most project managers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Lots of employee turnover recently. A lot of people let go and not replaced, their responsibilities have just been divided up amongst others leading people to be out of place.
