The people there. When I was there everyone was like one big friend group and we hung out outside of work and had parties all the time! It really was nice having that kind of environment with everyone bonding wise. I made really good money. For me it was nice because there were always extra hours to be picked up as they were always short staffed. I hear there has been overturn in management and am hopeful that there has been positive changes.
Cons
The management. One of the managers threw hot food across the kitchen at me once. I told him that I was pretty sure that was illegal and I could report him for assault and I was let go very soon after.

Freedom of flexible shifts and hours. Decent tips near movies.

Can work very late. Not home until 3 am. Messes with your sleep schedule. Money is reliant on tips and can sometimes be low if slow season.
