      My Fridays Experience

      Pros

-The people you work with are always the highlight of the job. I've met very few Fridays members who aren't overwhelmingly friendly and easy to work with. -The job roles are demanding but simple and easy to execute with a bit of teamwork and basic intuition. -Opportunities to advance career if your managers are helpful.

      Cons

-The food and menu is all over the place without a consistent theme or complexity. -The senior management seem to only care about profit and labour costs which puts too much pressure on store managers to cut corners on staffing and makes shifts harder for team members. -Managers are massively overworked due to pressures and restrictions. -As minimum wage has increased, the previous wage increase incentives as team members became more trained and certified have been lost and most team members are on minimum wage.

      Pros

You get to meet some great team member and alway have a laugh

      Cons

Manager can overlook basic thing like when you have to cover other store and don’t explain about claiming back fuel or car parking costs and on another note the work life balance is. It the best I think I got to see my partner may be for like 5 hrs a week at the most and you work 12 hrs day and high turn over on staff
