I worked at THMED full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are a few that really want to succeed and make a positive impact on the medical community.

    Cons

The Leadership. Plain and simple. The reviews below that are truthful and not written by those paid to write them, all have a pattern. Bullying, inconsistency in discipline practices(rules apply to some not others), favoritism, harassment, dishonesty and at times hostile. There are no repercussions for their behavior, None! They are the ones doing the bullying, and are hostile. Do NOT disagree with them! If you do, be prepared for a brutal war. If you make them mad, they broadcast your life story and everything you told them in confidence because they were your boss and needed to know what is going on. I have heard about co-workers childhoods, their upbringing, their relationship problems and health issues from a high level leader. It was broadcasted that another producer is “on the spectrum and weird” then discredited that producers character when they left the company. They do that to take the spotlight off of their inability to effectively lead and manage successfully. This review will be quickly followed by one that looks something like this “it’s a great place no cons keep up the good work, management is awesome..”But please, approach with caution when considering working here.

    Advice to Management

Please take these reviews seriously. Your company teeters on the verge of disaster. It could be great. You say you are “centered on finding people who care” but I will tell you, the Leadership in place does not care. I am afraid you have been mislead to believe they are loyal and honest.

I appreciate you writing a review on THMED. We spend a lot of time worrying about our team members and how we can better provide them with a great professional opportunity. For the past three years... More

I worked at THMED full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The teams are fantastic. Everyone is passionate and really wants to win. If you need help they are there to help.

    Cons

No cons. You have to hit your numbers. If you are not capable of handling pressure of hitting your goals then it is not a job for you.

    Advice to Management

No advice. I do think there needs to be more of a connection between the leadership and recruiting. Recruiters goals are sometimes set a bit to high given the accounts they have. Other than that, management is fantastic. Everyone wants to be successful and they will invest in you if you want to be there.

    I worked at THMED full-time

    Pros

I enjoyed working at THMed because it could be fun and some people made it enjoyable to be there everyday plus, it is a casual atmosphere which can be nice.

    Cons

Leadership does not stay consistent with what they allow happen and what they don't tolerate. It is definitely a case by case basis depending on who the complaint is about. There is a lot of bullying that happens here which is very unfortunate, especially when they allow people in leadership positions to bully employees. It is an HR nightmare at times but HR cannot do anything about it because they will get told to ignore it by a higher up.

    Advice to Management

If your getting a lot of the same feedback from current or now former employees, there is a truth to it. Take action and don't be okay with the constant turnover that could be prevented.

I have been working at THMED full-time

    Pros

The team is made up of happy and hungry people who all want to make money, play hard and have fun

    Cons

The size of the company means all hands on deck and sometimes there is a need for production to step in and assist with operations and administrative tasks

    Advice to Management

Expectations without support to accomplish the necessary task at hand is defeating

I have been working at THMED full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent base and benefits, unlimited earning potential.... uncapped commission if you are willing to put in the work. Senior leadership has decades of experience and are always willing to help.

    Cons

Staffing is not for the faint of heart. Not everyone is meant to be in sales and people who dont hit goals usually dont stick around long.

    Advice to Management

Remain transparent and passionate about the "why" we do what we do!
