I worked at THR & Associates (Less than a year)

    Pros

They are thankfully long gone and out of business due to tax evasion and federal indictments.

    Cons

A complete con. Blatant fraud and deceptive practices brought about Indictments and hopefully huge fines. activities

    Advice to Management

Though I'm confident this particular company will pop up again somewhere else with a different name. Like all thieves they will be under the delusion that they won't get caught.

I worked at THR & Associates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There were literally no benefits to working there, only empty promises and outright lies. Fortunately, management has drawn the attention of the legal system.

    Cons

Lying, cheating, and doing whatever it took to satisfy the owner's greed was the one priority. A few mid-managers bought into the ego stroking and might call it a great place to work, but that's only true for those with lots of ego, little soul, and minimal capacity for independent thought.

    Pros

Learned a lot working in this job. I loved working with people. Met many many different types of people and saw many historical items that I would never have had the opportunity to see first hand in my life.

    Cons

Greed and Divorce were the demise of the company.

Not one good thing to say about this badly managed company. Zero morals and happy to rip off old ladies with coffee cans full of gold coins. thanks fully the IRS and other federal and local law enforcement agencies have closed them down

    Advice to Management

Give it up - you got nothin'
