    Pros

Relevant technology that changes the way companies do business. Best and brightest technical resources I've come across in 20 plus years in the industry. Continued growth post-privatization, and optimistic outlook.

    Cons

Many prospects have never heard of TIBCO. Brand marketing has been lacking for years, however, Digital marketing is changing the game.

    Advice to Management

Continue to innovate around core and edge technologies as containerization and cloud become more ubiquitous. Get the TIBCO brand more recognizable.

    Pros

TIBCO is unique on many fronts. The company has exceptional talent from an Executive Leadership standpoint, and the sales organization generally promotes from within. Uncapped compensation plan, with numerous opportunities across all lines of business from jr. rep. to the most seasoned account executive.

    Cons

If you are not interested in being a habitual top performer and also demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment then TIBCO is not for you.

    Advice to Management

Continue the momentum around demanding a culture of excellence by maintaining the highest standard for TIBCO technology and personnel.

I have been working at TIBCO Software (More than a year)

    Pros

Great product roadmap and differentiated offerings the markets wants
Strong leadership...especially from newly anointed COO
Great culture, cross functional and engaged team's and customer focused environment
Ability to truly effect change and make a difference
Great career opportunities for those who put in the work

    Cons

Not a place to "blend in" ....no Oracle, IBM or SAP culture of being a cog in the wheel here-people have to work and be accountable- so not for the faint of heart

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing
    Retain and attract top talent
Continue to focus on the clients
Do not lose sight of 3, 5 and 7 year changing marketplace and customer needs

    Pros

Serious sales Pro's make unreal income here! It's a hard charging, fast paced culture. Seven figure years are common! A serious wealth generating sales job.

    Cons

If you don't have self drive and determination, it's not for you. You have to be easy for hard work!

    Advice to Management

    Invest in key departments.

I have been working at TIBCO Software full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

TIBCO is probably the best meritocracy I've ever worked for. That may not sit well with poor performers or those who think tenure matters more.

    Cons

    This isn't a coddling company.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent about what's going well and not.

I have been working at TIBCO Software full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have been here at TIBCO for over 15 years. We have products that make a big difference. We help companies integrate years of technical debt with modern 21st century architecture. For me, that is very exciting. Although we have gone through a lot of change in the past year much of what has been done has helped us become a better, more effective company. I feel the future is bright and filled with exciting and expanding opportunities.

    Cons

Because of the change we have lost a number of people. Although much of this was expected I do feel that our employees need to feel they are each important to the ongoing success of the company.

    Advice to Management

Figure out a way to create some type of equity incentive for our employees who contribute to helping the company increase the future value.
