    Pros

The employees and departments worked well together and encouraged communication. Training and flexibility were definite bonuses to working there.

    Cons

One department lacked a good manager and there was a certain level of turnover in staff that caused some questions to be asked.

    Advice to Management

Management training to keep all department heads open and aware of new developments in their respective industries would be beneficial.
